A Taste of African Heritage: Free Healthy Cooking Classes 

Join us for a culinary journey celebrating the rich heritage of African cuisine! In this free six-week course, we’ll focus on healthy foods like leafy greens, whole grains, and beans from the African diaspora. 

  • Enhance your cooking skills and nutritional knowledge. 
  • Celebrate the culinary traditions of people of African descent. 
  • Sample the delicious dishes that you make! 

Dates: 6 Thursdays, October 10 – November 14
Time: 12pm – 2pm
