Join us on a culinary journey celebrating the vibrant heritage of African cuisine in this free six-week course designed for seniors 55+. Together, we’ll explore nutrient-rich foods from the African diaspora—leafy greens, whole grains, beans, and more—to create delicious, healthy holiday meals.

  • Learn and Taste: Improve your cooking skills and nutritional knowledge while savoring the dishes you prepare.
  • Cultural Celebration: Dive into the culinary traditions of African heritage, reconnecting with flavors that bring comfort and vitality.
  • Health-Boosting Recipes: Increase your intake of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and spices while reducing salt, supporting both flavor and well-being.
