Join us for Partners in Prevention at Sabathani, a weekly resource offering a variety of FREE health services open to the public!
On Thursday, December 5, they will offering FREE flu and COVID vaccinations with UCare (health mobile) and City of Minneapolis Health Department.
Additional Services Offered:
- Blood pressure checks
- Pre-diabetes screening
- Dental screening
- Advanced cardiac screenings
- Clinical hand massage
- Health coaching
- Community resources
