
Nurture Your Body & Mind During Pregnancy and Postpartum
Join us for Perinatal Yoga with i.am.me, a supportive and restorative yoga series designed for pregnant individuals and new parents (up to 12 months postpartum). Led by experienced yoga instructor Diceyiana Tejeda, this class focuses on improving physical strength, flexibility, and endurance for childbirth while also reducing stress and anxiety. Yoga can also help foster a deeper bond with your baby in utero.
Class Details:
- Every Wednesday beginning March 12
- 4pm – 6pm
- Dance Studio 33 (Lower Level), Sabathani Community Center
Mats, blankets, water bottles, and protein bars will be provided.
This class prioritizes at-risk Black individuals but is open to any pregnant person or new parent within 12 months postpartum.
