This free 7-week course introduces gentle balance and strength exercises that can help you stay steady on your feet. You’ll receive detailed instructions and safety tips, along with movement diagrams to practice at home. To get the most out of the program, participants are encouraged to practice these exercises at least twice per week between sessions.
This program is perfect for anyone interested in gradually improving balance and leg strength. It’s especially helpful if you’re 60+ and not currently doing balance or strength exercises three times a week.
