Senior Reel Matinee – The Preacher’s Wife

This screening of The Preacher’s Wife at the Sabathani Auditorium, originally scheduled for Thursday, December 19, has been canceled due to the possibility of snow.

While we won’t be rescheduling due to the holidays, we invite you to look forward to the January edition of the Senior Reel Matinee! Stay tuned for details, and thank you for understanding.

It’s movie time! Every third Thursday of the month, we come together with other seniors to watch movies on the big screen in the Sabathani auditorium.  

The movie will be The Preacher’s Wife, a 1996 holiday classic about faith, love, and resilience. Starring Whitney Houston, Denzel Washington, and Courtney B. Vance, this uplifting film tells the story of a struggling preacher whose prayers are answered by a charming angel. Directed by Penny Marshall, it’s a soulful celebration of hope and family.
