Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese martial art often called “meditation in motion.” This gentle practice promotes balance, flexibility, and stress relief, helping you cultivate harmony between mind and body.
Join us for a free six-week journey into Tai Chi, where you’ll learn to move with intention, embrace mindfulness, and enhance overall well-being. Whether you’re looking to improve stability, reduce stress, or simply try something new, this class is for you!
