Ashtaney Persaud manages our Workforce Strategies program. With over 20 years of experience in education, youth development, social/racial justice, community organization, career readiness and program development, she has a passion for serving the community that helped shape her. She understands systemic roadblocks that hinder our community and is determined to create access for career advancement. She is grateful to be part of the Sabathani family and excited to being part of creating the change we want to see.
