Nigel Sharper grew up in South Minneapolis and has worked in the nonprofit sector since 2012. His experience includes roles as a housing-certified case manager, mental health practitioner, project manager, employment coach, and director of a violence intervention program. Nigel is passionate about community service, demonstrated through his extensive volunteer work, youth sports coaching, and involvement in programs supporting underserved populations.

Having attended Harvest Prep/Seed Academy when it was housed at Sabathani, Nigel has a personal connection to the organization. Now living nearby, he is excited to contribute to Sabathani’s historic legacy as the Director of Supportive Services, continuing to make a positive impact on the community.
