Thank you for registering for our Better Together screening day!

We’re thrilled that you’re signed up for the screening event on Saturday, November 18. Mark your calendar to join us from noon to 3pm at Sabathani Community Center, Room 118. 

The first 50 to complete testing that day will receive a $10 gift card. 

Please note: We have limited spots, so arrive early to increase your chances of getting screened. Registering early does not guarantee a screening spot as it’s first-come, first-served.
