Kimberly Pepper brings over three decades of expertise in executive leadership, brand strategy, and community-focused program development to her role as Chief Programs Officer. Most recently, Kimberly served on the executive team at Pillsbury United, where she initially led brand marketing and development initiatives. Her expertise and strategic vision led to her appointment as Head of Programs in 2021. Prior to her role at Pillsbury, Kimberly accumulated 25 years as a brand strategist, making impactful contributions to a variety of marketing consulting firms and serving as a brand manager at prominent consumer goods companies, notably General Mills. Kimberly holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business (1996), a Bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College (1990), and certificates in fundraising and impactful strategies from the University of St. Thomas and Georgetown Business.

As Chief Program Officer at Sabathani, Kimberly contributes strategically and creatively to the revitalization of the Sabathani Community Center as the heart of a thriving South Minneapolis. Her focus includes aligning services with the strategic vision, enhancing community responsiveness, and fostering an empathetic, engaging environment.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Kimberly is a dedicated mother of two teenagers and a cherished fur baby. Having relocated three times from the East Coast, she has found a genuine home in Minnesota.
