Be a part of the community engagement efforts around the future site of the police building in the 3rd precinct. Phase One of this community engagement effort will ask, “Should the 3rd Precinct police building be located at Lake and Minnehaha or the alternate site?”

The Longfellow Community Council and the city of Minneapolis are hosting five public conversations for Phase One, including at Sabathani Community Center. Join us here on Wednesday, April 19 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Snacks and beverages will be provided.

Tuesday, April 11 from 6:30pm – 8:30pm at The Hook and Ladder (3010 Minnehaha Ave, Minneapolis 55406) Business Owners Session. Snacks provided.
Thursday, April 13 from 6:30pm – 8:30pm at Midtown Global Market (920 E. Lake Street, Minneapolis 55407). Open to all. Meal vouchers provided to the first 100 participants.
Saturday, April 15 from 10:00am – 12:00pm at Roosevelt High School Cafeteria (3131 19th Ave S, Minneapolis 55407) Snacks and beverages provided.
Tuesday, April 18 from 6:30pm – 8:30pm at Keewaydin Recreation Center (3030 E 53rd St, Minneapolis, MN 55417) Snacks and beverages provided.
