Low-income seniors (55+) are invited to meet with lawyers from Dorsey & Whitney LLP law firm and UnitedHealth Group to discuss their basic estate planning needs. They should bring relevant information about their assets and beneficiary designations. Volunteer attorneys will prepare your documents for completion and signature on the day of the event. No follow-up appointment will be necessary.

Call Sabathani Senior Center 612-821-2308 to make an appointment. Space is limited; reserve in advance. You will be given an information packet that you should complete in advance.
What to Bring
Please bring your completed packet along with all documents that relate to your needs, including names and addresses of beneficiaries for your insurance and estate planning.
