Sit & Fit is an exercise program designed specifically for seniors aged 55 and above. In a group setting, instructor Yvette McCluskey will lead you through a series of gentle exercises you can do while seated, helping you increase your physical activity for improved health, weight management, disease risk reduction, and enhanced bone and muscle strength.
