Star Tribune: 38th Street THRIVE! Strategic Development Plan Passed
As a pillar of the South Minneapolis community, Sabathani Community Center is a cornerstone of the 38th Street THRIVE! Strategic Development Plan, a 10-year development plan passed by the City of Minneapolis in March of 2021.
