Sabathani Community Center has a 48-unit senior apartment building that includes studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom units, available to those ages 55 and older who fall within these income guidelines.

The $12.3 million project opened in the summer of 2022 after eight years in development. The residence marks a milestone in the city’s efforts to revitalize the 38th Street corridor.
