This supportive and restorative yoga series is designed for pregnant individuals and new parents (up to 12 months postpartum). Led by yoga instructor Diceyiana Tejeda, this class focuses on improving physical strength, flexibility, and endurance for childbirth while also reducing stress and anxiety.

Womb to Wholeness provides one-on-one home visits or virtual meetings with a Sabathani Community Health Navigator to help you access resources, build confidence, and navigate pregnancy and postpartum with support that centers you.
