Ways to Get Involved

Mamas in Motion with i.am.me

This supportive and restorative yoga series is designed for pregnant individuals and new parents (up to 12 months postpartum). Led by yoga instructor Diceyiana Tejeda, this class focuses on improving physical strength, flexibility, and endurance for childbirth while also reducing stress and anxiety. 

Class Details:

  • Mondays and Wednesdays
  • 4pm – 6pm

Mommies & Mocktails

1st & 3rd Thursdays | 3–5pm

Shake things up with smoothies and support! Join us twice a month for a hands-on class where you’ll: 

  • Learn to make delicious, nutritious smoothies 
  • Discover the health benefits of each ingredient—for you and your baby 
  • Follow along with the instructor and enjoy your own creation 
  • Connect with other expectant and new parents in a welcoming, supportive space 

Womb to Wholeness Home Visiting Services 

Becoming a parent is a life-changing journey, and you deserve care that truly meets your needs. Womb to Wholeness provides one-on-one home visits or virtual meetings with a Sabathani Community Health Navigator to help you access resources, build confidence, and navigate pregnancy and postpartum with support that centers you.
