We’re a free, culturally-rooted program of Sabathani Community Center, offering stress-reduction, healing-centered care, and real support – from gentle yoga to one-on-one check-ins and baby showers.

Mamas in Motion with i.am.me

1st & 3rd Thursdays

Dance Studio

This supportive and restorative yoga series is designed for pregnant individuals and new parents (up to 12 months postpartum). Led by yoga instructor Diceyiana Tejeda, this class focuses on improving physical strength, flexibility, and endurance for childbirth while also reducing stress and anxiety. 

Mommies & Mocktails

1st & 3rd Thursdays
12–2pm

Shake things up with smoothies and support! Join us twice a month for a hands-on class where you’ll: 

  • Learn to make delicious, nutritious smoothies 
  • Discover the health benefits of each ingredient—for you and your baby 
  • Follow along with the instructor and enjoy your own creation 
  • Connect with other expectant and new parents in a welcoming, supportive space 

Sister Circle Support Group – In-Person & Virtual

Join a warm and welcoming community where Black birthing people are seen, heard, and supported – just as they are.
