Partners in Prevention is a weekly resource offering a variety of FREE health services open to the public! 

Services Offered: 

• Blood pressure checks
• Pre-diabetes screening
• Dental screening
• Advanced cardiac screenings 
• Clinical hand massage
• Health coaching 
• Community resources 

When & Where: 

• Thursdays from 11am to 2pm  
• September 26 – December 12, 2024 
• UnitedHealthcare Suite, Sabathani Community Center
