Empowered Caregiver Program

Caring for someone living with dementia can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. The Empowered Caregiver program, presented by the Alzheimer’s Association, is a free, educational series designed to help caregivers better understand dementia and build practical skills for day-to-day caregiving.

This series offers guidance, tools, and real-world strategies to support both the caregiver and the person living with dementia, with an emphasis on person-centered care.
