What’s Involved

• Weekly Connection: Have a weekly phone conversation with your mentee (“granddaughter”) and share updates with Sabathani’s Community Health Navigator.
• Optional Meetups: Join monthly in-person gatherings during Mommies & Mocktails sessions for additional bonding and support.
