Theme: Nutrition for a Healthy Pregnancy & Beyond 

Join us for a joyful, community-centered day dedicated to celebrating expectant parents and families with children under age one. The Maternal Health Resource Fair and Community Baby Shower bring together essential resources, trusted maternal health professionals, and fun activities—all in one welcoming space.

  • Free Baby Essentials – Take home a healthy baby kit filled with diapers, wipes, and other helpful items. 
  • Expert Guidance & Support – Meet doulas, lactation specialists, nurses, and local organizations dedicated to pregnancy and parenting health.

What’s Happening

Maternal Health Resource Fair (11am – 12:30pm) 

  • 15+ community partners offering information on maternal and infant health 
  • Raffles at every vendor table 
  • Education and resources to support pregnancy, postpartum wellness, and healthy families 

Community Baby Shower (12:30pm – 3pm) 

  • Special focus on nutrition during pregnancy and postpartum 
  • Fun games and raffle prizes 
  • Catered meal and desserts 
  • Free healthy baby kit for every family 

Who Can Attend

This event is open to anyone who is: 

  • Pregnant 
  • Parenting a child under age 1 
  • Accompanied by family members, friends, or a support person
