Hennepin County Commissioner Angela Conley (District 4) invites you to take part in the Your Heart Beats for Generations Healthy Hearts initiative. Heart disease is the number one cause of death among women, and in Hennepin County it disproportionately affects African American/Black and Indigenous women. Lace up your sneakers to walk, stroll, or roll while learning about warning signs and prevention strategies for heart disease. Free water, snacks, and heart-health resources will be available.
