Discover simple practices to slow down, be present, and cultivate balance in mind and body.

Open to ages 16 and up
Each session encourages participants to practice non-attachment and presence, with optional time at the end to reflect, integrate, or discuss how the practice can support daily life. This class combines:
- Sitting Meditation: Rest in stillness, noticing the breath, thoughts, and sensations as they come and go.
- Laying-Down Body Scan: A guided relaxation that moves attention through the body to release tension and invite deep rest.
- Walking Meditation: Mindful movement, where each step becomes an opportunity to connect with the present moment.
Monthly Themes
October: Stillness Within
→ Focus: Sitting + laying practice, cultivating inner quiet and rest.
November: Moving Presence
→ Focus: Walking or gentle movement meditation to integrate mindfulness into daily life.
December: Harmonizing Life
→ Focus: Balancing our lives, breath, and energy as the year closes.
Meet Your Instructor:
Anne Therese (A-T) is a holistic energy practitioner, Tai Chi instructor, and nature healing facilitator. She creates a supportive and uplifting environment to help participants connect more deeply with their bodies and energy.
