15-Week Paid Training & Employment Connection for Adults 18+ 

This training program is designed to equip you with valuable skills for career advancement. With hands-on training in carpentry, entrepreneurship, forklift operation, and more, you’ll gain certifications and experience to unlock your potential and achieve your professional goals. Plus, get paid while you learn! 

June 9 – September 18, 2025
Mondays: 10am – 12pm
Tuesdays – Thursdays: 10am – 3pm
Approximately 10 hours per week.
Sessions Mondays to Thursdays with flexibility.

Sabathani Community Center
+ other Twin Cities locations
Transportation support provided.

  • Entrepreneurship: Discover how to start and grow your own business. 
  • OSHA Regulations: Gain essential knowledge about workplace safety and compliance. 
  • Forklift Operation: Get certified in forklift operation, a highly sought-after skill. 
  • Carpentry: Learn the basics of carpentry and construction.
