Join us for a joyful, community-centered day dedicated to celebrating expectant parents and families with children under age one. The Maternal Health Resource Fair and Community Baby Shower bring together essential resources, trusted maternal health professionals, and fun activities—all in one welcoming space.


Sister Circle Support Group – NEW

You don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
Join a warm and welcoming community where Black birthing people are seen, heard, and supported – just as they are.
Led by Licensed Therapist Shaunequa James, each session is guided with compassion, cultural understanding, and a focus on mental and emotional wellness.
Mamas in Motion with i.am.me
1st & 3rd Wednesdays • 4–6pm
Sabathani Community Center, Dance Studio
This supportive and restorative yoga series is designed for pregnant individuals and new parents (up to 12 months postpartum). Led by yoga instructor Diceyiana Tejeda, this class focuses on improving physical strength, flexibility, and endurance for childbirth while also reducing stress and anxiety.

1st & 3rd Thursdays • 3–5pm

Shake things up with smoothies and support! Join us twice a month for a hands-on class where you’ll:
- Learn to make delicious, nutritious smoothies
- Discover the health benefits of each ingredient—for you and your baby
- Follow along with the instructor and enjoy your own creation
- Connect with other expectant and new parents in a welcoming, supportive space

Becoming a parent is a life-changing journey, and you deserve care that truly meets your needs.
