Nurture Your Body & Mind During Pregnancy and Postpartum 

Join us for Mamas in Motion with i.am.me, a supportive and restorative yoga series designed for pregnant individuals and new parents (up to 12 months postpartum). Led by experienced yoga instructor Diceyiana Tejeda, this class focuses on improving physical strength, flexibility, and endurance for childbirth while also reducing stress and anxiety. Yoga can also help foster a deeper bond with your baby in utero. 

Starting in October 2025, classes meet every Wednesday at alternating times:

  • 1st & 3rd Wednesdays | 4–6pm
  • 2nd & 4th Wednesdays | 11:30am–1pm

Dance Studio (Lower Level, Room 33)
Sabathani Community Center

(No class on a 5th Wednesday, if one occurs.)

Mats, blankets, water bottles, and protein bars will be provided.

This class prioritizes at-risk Black individuals but is open to any pregnant person or new parent within 12 months postpartum.
