The S.T.A.R. Program (Skills, Training, and Readiness Program) is designed to equip young people with essential job skills, career exposure, and mentorship opportunities. By investing in our youth today, we’re building a stronger, more resilient community for tomorrow.

Who can participate? 

Youth ages 15–24 who are ready to take the next step toward their future career.
