Support Vulnerable Communities and Help Families Feel Safe

A national call to support vulnerable communities and help families feel safe during uncertain times.

Protect, Nourish & Empower Our Community

Sabathani Community Center has long been a place where neighbors turn when they need safety, support, and care. This campaign is about supporting vulnerable communities, protecting families, and ensuring people have a place they can rely on when fear and uncertainty grow.

Recent events in Minneapolis, including the tragic death of Renée Good and Alex Pretti, have left many families on edge and unsure of what the future holds. More people are seeking places where they feel safe, welcomed, and supported. When you stand with Sabathani, you are helping vulnerable communities feel safe and ensuring essential services remain available to those who need them most.

At Sabathani, we have always been a source of hope, dignity, and practical support for people of all ages and backgrounds. From food and meal programs to youth support, senior services, housing assistance, and more, Sabathani is a place where community care happens every day.

Right now, we need your help more than ever!

Because of rising fear of law enforcement and immigration enforcement in our neighborhoods, fewer people feel safe walking through our doors, even when they need help. This campaign allows us to adapt, expand outreach, and continue supporting vulnerable families in ways that meet this moment.

Our goal is to raise $300,000 by April 1st to ensure Sabathani can remain a safe, welcoming, and fully resourced hub of community support during this critical time.

Your donation today helps support vulnerable communities by funding:

Every gift moves us closer to our $300,000 goal and helps ensure Sabathani can meet this moment with strength, safety, and compassion. Our community does not stop caring when fear grows. It steps up.

Donate today and help ensure that vulnerable families have a place where they feel safe, supported, and cared for.
