Isiah Jones, Director of Supportive Services, is a proud Minnesotan with a longstanding commitment to community-based work throughout the Twin Cities. He has held leadership roles in several nonprofits, including serving as Director of Camp Sunrise at YouthCARE, where he helped connect young people with caring adult mentors, the natural environment, and efforts to advance racial equity in outdoor spaces. At NorthPoint Health & Wellness, Isiah worked as a Program Manager, focusing on reducing racial disparities in healthcare and improving access to integrated health services.

A Minneapolis native, Isiah attended Hopkins High School, Minneapolis Community and Technical College, and Augsburg College. Outside of work, he enjoys paddling Minnesota’s rivers by canoe, skiing local slopes, and playing chess. He and his wife, Jessica, share their home with two dogs, two cats, and seven chickens.

Fun fact; one of Isiah’s very first jobs was at Sabathani. Participating in the Unity Summer Youth Employment Program through First Universalist Church in South Minneapolis when he was 15, Isiah was placed at Sabathani Community Center for a summer!
