Jennifer Fair is a dedicated administrative and project management professional with over 16 years of experience. She most recently served in the Associate Superintendent’s Office at Minneapolis Public Schools, where she led initiatives supported by major grants, managed complex scheduling, and coordinated high-level meetings and communications. A skilled collaborator and problem-solver, Jennifer brings deep expertise in budget oversight, stakeholder engagement and process improvement with a strong focus on equity and inclusion.
