Kaiah Goodman is a passionate youth worker and community engagement practitioner who supports community-led change through collaboration, co-creation, and power-sharing. Originally from the East Side of Saint Paul, Kaiah is no stranger to working alongside communities across the Twin Cities. She has held roles in North Minneapolis, the Whittier neighborhood of Minneapolis, and Saint Paul’s Frogtown and Midway neighborhoods.

In her previous youth work roles, Kaiah has supported young people through education and advocacy around health and wellness. She’s deeply passionate about helping youth feel empowered to take action in shaping themselves and the communities they’re part of.

As the Prevention and Engagement Coordinator, Kaiah is excited to work with youth and other community members to identify and meet community needs when it comes to youth substance use through thoughtful, community-driven solutions that reflect the needs and strengths of the community.
