Rajiv Redd joined the Sabathani team in August 2024 as a Youth Programs Coordinator. In this role, Rajiv utilizes his experience in direct service youth work to both engage youth in Sabathani programming, while also creating positive, healthy, and meaningful relationships with Southside youth. Originally from Saint Paul’s Frogtown neighborhood, Rajiv understands the importance and need for a sense of community for young people.  

Prior to joining the Sabathani team, Rajiv worked for multiple youth focused organizations around the Twin Cities including Eastside Neighborhood Services, Minneapolis and St. Paul Parks and Recreation, Saint Paul Youth Services, and with the Hennepin County’s Juvenile Probation Unit. He also recently graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Sociology with a focus on Law and Criminal Justice. 

Rajiv understands that our youth and our community’s future are deeply intertwined. In recognizing this, Rajiv takes an informed approach to youth work that is rooted in Sabathani’s mission to provide all people with the essential resources to build the future they wish to see.
