Scott has successfully developed and implemented strategic plans, performance management, departmental restructuring, cultivated partnerships and professional development with partners such as Minneapolis Public Schools, Minnesota State Colleges & Universities and the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. Scott is also a highly sought after public relations consultant and executive coach.
