Open to ages 16 and up
Each session encourages participants to practice non-attachment and presence, with optional time at the end to reflect, integrate, or discuss how the practice can support daily life. This class combines:
Sitting Meditation: Rest in stillness, noticing the breath, thoughts, and sensations as they come and go.
Laying-Down Body Scan: A guided relaxation that moves attention through the body to release tension and invite deep rest.
Walking Meditation: Mindful movement, where each step becomes an opportunity to connect with the present moment.

Anne Therese (A-T) is a holistic energy practitioner, Tai Chi instructor, and nature healing facilitator. She creates a supportive and uplifting environment to help participants connect more deeply with their bodies and energy.
