Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible practice, and this class is designed especially for seniors, though all are welcome to participate. This class offers a supportive environment to explore mindful movement, breathwork, and body awareness – all while seated in a chair.
Participants will:
Stay active in a safe, supportive way
Improve flexibility and mobility
Build strength and balance
Connect breath with movement to support overall well-being
No prior yoga experience is needed.
