Youth Wellness Day: Recharge, Connect & Thrive

Join us for a day designed just for young people to connect, have fun, and explore healthy ways to handle stress and life’s challenges. Youth Wellness Day brings together interactive activities, movement, creative expression, and meaningful conversations that support mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
Come spend the day with peers in a welcoming environment while learning practical tools that can help you manage stress, build resilience, and take care of yourself.

What to Expect
Throughout the day, participants will rotate through breakout sessions and activities designed to support youth wellbeing. Sessions may include opportunities to:
- Learn healthy coping strategies for stress
- Engage in movement and wellness activities
- Express creativity and reflection
- Participate in guided conversations about health and wellbeing
- Connect with peers and supportive community resources
