Fridays, September 11–October 30
10am – 11am
Sabathani Community Center – Conference Room 118
Technology has become part of everyday life, but keeping up with new devices and digital tools isn’t always easy. Computer Basics for Seniors offers adults 55+ a welcoming, patient, and respectful environment to learn, ask questions, and get help with the technology challenges they encounter.
Whether you’re starting with the basics or have specific questions you’ve been trying to figure out, instructor Naya Kamadi will work with participants to make technology easier to understand and more useful in everyday life.
What You’ll Learn
This free class is designed around the needs and experiences of the people who attend. Participants will have opportunities to:
- Learn basic computer and technology skills
- Bring questions, problems, and issues they’ve encountered
- Get help with individual technology needs
- Learn useful skills and tips for navigating an increasingly digital world
- Build confidence using technology at their own pace
Participants will also receive easy-to-use laminated reference cards to help remember what they’ve learned. Naya will provide a phone number participants can call or text with questions outside of class.
No previous technology experience is required—just a desire to learn.
