Are you worried about falling? Join us for a supportive 4-week program just for older adults like you. Together, we’ll explore ways to reduce your fear of falling and boost your confidence in staying active. You’ll gain practical tips and valuable insights to help prevent falls and stay on your feet.
Course Details:
Duration: 4 weeks, starting Wednesday, September 4
Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays, 10am – 12pm, through September 30
Location: Classes offered online via Zoom

Fall Hazard Awareness: Identify and mitigate fall risks at home and outdoors.
