Mommies & Mocktails is usually held on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month.
Join us for a hands-on class where you’ll:
- Learn to make delicious, nutritious smoothies
- Discover the health benefits of each ingredient—for you and your baby
- Follow along with the instructor and enjoy your own creation
- Connect with other expectant and new parents in a welcoming, supportive space
Attend four classes in a row and receive a brand-new blender so you can keep the goodness going at home!
Led by Joyce McGee-Brown, Community Nutrition Educator with the University of Minnesota Extension Program.
This class is open to all but is thoughtfully designed for Black birthing individuals – including expecting and new parents – as part of Sabathani’s Maternal Health Matters program.
