
Ready Steady: An Otago Exercise Program
Are you concerned about falling?
This free course introduces gentle balance and strength exercises that can help you stay steady on your feet. Siobahn McMahon of the University of Minnesota School of Nursing will provide you with detailed instructions and safety tips, along with movement diagrams to practice at home.
Join others in your community to learn simple, effective exercises designed to improve balance and build strength.

Who can join?
This program is perfect for anyone interested in gradually improving balance and leg strength. It’s especially suitable for those ages 60 and older who don’t already have a regular practice of exercises for balance or strength.
