Welcome to Cooking Matters, a 6-week course designed to empower you with the knowledge and skills to manage diabetes and pre-diabetes through delicious and healthier food choices. Join us starting April 17, every Wednesday from 10am to 12pm at the Sabathani Community Center, Room 124.
