Renter Rights and Health Resource Fair
The City of Minneapolis is hosting a Renter Rights and Health Resource Fair at Sabathani.
From supporting renter rights to creating healthier homes and neighborhoods, our community and City offer a wide range of renting, housing and health services. The Minneapolis departments of Regulatory Services and Health are bringing several to you this fall.
When: Saturday, November 9, 9am-12pm
Where: Sabathani Community Center Banquet Room

Minneapolis renters have rights. Whether you’re new to Minneapolis or have rented for a while here, come learn more and find support overcoming common renting issues. City staff and local organizations can help you with:
- Renter rights violations, such as limits on security deposits, evictions and more
- Maintenance and repair issues
- Landlord retaliation
- Mediation between a property owner and renter
- Free legal help
