The Environmental Sustainability Academy is an innovative program designed to equip community youth with the skills, training, and paid support needed to enter high-demand, living-wage careers in the green energy sector.

Unidos MN Workforce Development Program
January 19 – February 6, 2026
Monday–Friday | 9am–5pm
Prepare for careers in union trades and emerging green jobs through paid, hands-on training. Participants earn a nationally recognized Building Science credential while gaining practical experience in construction, energy auditing, and energy-efficient work that supports healthier homes and a cleaner environment.
