About the Class:
Rosen Method Movement is a gentle, low-impact exercise class developed by Marion Rosen. Using simple movements inspired by physical therapy and set to music, this practice enhances body awareness, freer breathing, flexibility, joint mobility, balance, and overall ease of movement.
Classes are energizing but not exhausting. Participants leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and more in touch with their bodies. Accompanying music, tailored to participants’ tastes, makes the movements enjoyable and fun.

- Spine and body work on the floor with support
- Movement in a circle to encourage awareness of self and others
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and may move barefoot, in socks, or supportive shoes. Participants may bring their own yoga mats, or mats will be provided.
