Yoga is for everyone – every body and every mind.

Join us for a weekly yoga series designed to support your well-being in a welcoming, inclusive environment. No yoga experience is necessary. This class is especially supportive for those managing stress, anxiety, or seeking new ways to connect with themselves and others. 

Mondays, June 30 – August 4
6–7pm
Sabathani Banquet Room 

Each session includes: 

  • Gentle movement such as Chair Yoga – accessible to all body types and mobility levels 
  • Mindful breathing and meditation techniques to promote calm and presence 
  • Conversation and community, with space to discuss wellness topics that affect our daily lives 

Bring your curiosity, your questions, and your doubts – this is a space for exploration and connection. 

About the Instructor: Joi Latson (she/her)
“My journey with yoga is rooted in mindfulness, self-discovery, and compassion. I believe yoga is more than movement – it’s a practice of presence and connection, not just with ourselves, but with the world around us. Through breath, movement, and meditation, I hope to guide others in cultivating a deep sense of belonging and inner harmony.”
