Join us for a weekly yoga series designed to support your well-being in a welcoming, inclusive environment. No yoga experience is necessary. This class is especially supportive for those managing stress, anxiety, or seeking new ways to connect with themselves and others.

Each session includes:
- Gentle movement such as Chair Yoga – accessible to all body types and mobility levels
- Mindful breathing and meditation techniques to promote calm and presence
- Conversation and community, with space to discuss wellness topics that affect our daily lives
