Accessible Yoga

Yoga is for everyone – every body and every mind.
Take a moment to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Accessible Yoga offers gentle, adaptable movement, breathing practices, and relaxation in a welcoming, inclusive space. Whether you’re new to yoga or have practiced before, you’ll find a supportive environment where every body is welcome.
Mondays, 6 – 7pm
August 3 – November 2 (no class Labor Day 9/7)
Sabathani Community Center – Auditorium
Each session includes:
- Gentle movement such as Chair Yoga – accessible to all body types and mobility levels
- Mindful breathing and meditation techniques to promote calm and presence
- Conversation and community, with space to discuss wellness topics that affect our daily lives

I believe yoga is more than movement – it’s a practice of presence and connection, not just with ourselves, but with the world around us. Through breath, movement, and meditation, I hope to guide others in cultivating a deep sense of belonging and inner harmony.”
