Black bodies deserve to be well and whole.
Together, we can remember, reclaim, and reposition ourselves to embrace our God-given right to wellness.
Join us at Sabathani Community Center for the Black Family Wellness Healing Circles, monthly gatherings led by Carmen Lewis, Natalia Davis, Dee McIntosh, Dedra Slack, and other experienced facilitators. These culturally rooted sessions offer collective tools for healing, growth, and strengthening our overall health and well-being.
Let’s heal, grow, and thrive – together.

Upcoming Session
Saturday, June 14 – Moving Trauma Through Motion
Our bodies hold stories that words can’t always express. Through somatic movement and line dancing, we’ll release tension, reconnect with joy, and explore how rhythm and motion support our healing journeys—together and in community
