About the Artist: Faith Upsher
Born and raised on the Southside of Minneapolis, Faith Upsher is a dynamic, multidisciplinary artist whose journey spans modeling, dance, fashion design, construction, painting, music, and theater. Her creative life began as a teen model and evolved into choreography and costume design, blending motion and fabric to tell powerful visual stories.
Faith built a professional career as a painter in the construction industry, working across four states, while continuing to pursue the performing arts, including competitive dance and theater. Her deep-rooted love for music has led her to perform gospel and rhythm & blues with heartfelt emotion.
Today, she brings her multifaceted experience to the canvas, painting in a style that fuses realism and impressionism. Her work captures the beauty of everyday life through bright, dreamlike imagery that reflects joy, resilience, and transformation.
